awesome baby bottles

Ok...let me start with a disclaimer...I know that every mom thinks that some things rock while another mom says that they suck...so, I take no responsibility for any disagreements with the following statement...

Anyway...just wanted to let all my fellow moms and moms to be know about the new baby bottles that we are using with Reese. From the time we brought her home she was gassy and the only bottles that seemed to work well were the Dr Browns. Then the news had multiple stories about how the clear plastic baby bottles were made with a chemical that was unsafe for babies. We were not quick to jump onboard but after some research and talking with other friends who have researched we decided that it just wasnt worth the risk of finding out in the future that they were unsafe. Part of our lack of hestitation to throw the old ones out and order the expensive alternative was the fact that we have a toy room full of toys and each kiddos has a closet full of clothes that are probably not needed. So, it seemed silly to complain about buying somthing that could possibly prevent future healt issues. We used the same logic when we decided to bank Keegan and Reeses cord blood. That is a while different topic. So...just wanted to let you know that although we were really upset to give up the dr browns bottles we ended up LOVING these bottles. We like them more than the Avent we used with Keegan too. Reese eats awesome and doenst get gassy and she latched on and started chowing down right away. Just wanted to share our satisfaction. We were afraid that we were going to have wasted $50 and end up using drop ins etc. They are only available online at a few places or you can buy them at Whole Foods. If you are lookin for new bottles or trying to decide which ones to use for you kiddos this is a good choice...
